Total Fitness Quest started as an experimental online magazine by health and fitness enthusiast Jack Blake. Over time, the site has grown to become one of the top fitness resources online, complete with an enthusiastic community of people looking to better their mind, body and spirit.

I created this website to provide guidelines to anyone wishing to live a more fullfilling life.

As a USATF Certified Track & Field Coach, I have worked with athletes of different sports on many levels. I have experienced and seen the benefits of resistance training and I believe those benefits can be enjoyed by ANY athlete on ANY level. This is part of the reason why I am creating this resource.

Given the proper information and training, you can achieve results that you never thought possible. I urge you to seek advice from your doctor prior to utilizing any of the information on this site. I hope to continue to add more to this site as it grows.
