A native of Chicago, Kathleen has many years of experience as an athlete, coach, and personal trainer. Her dedication to athlete success is the driving force behind the vision of Total Fitness Quest Inc.

Kathleen's training philosophy focuses on enhancing physical strength and endurance through S.A.Q. training and developing personal leadership skills through goal setting and self evaluation. Experiencing this all-inclusive training will not only improve physical fitness, but those trained will also be equiped with the personal characteristics to help them succeed in their day to day lives.
