Jaeger Bomb Bodies Testimonials
"I have worked with Chris for 11 months. During that time, he has given me the guidance and direction towards a healthier life style. He has given me support throughout my weight loss in the past two months (251 lbs - 218 lbs), and currently is working on regaining my strength. He is extremely knowledgeable in conditioning and weight loss."

"I was 2 years post rotator cuff repair surgery. I had been afraid to do much for fear of re-injury. I had taken up tennis after a 20-year hiatus and noticed tight hamstrings. I proceeded to sustain a high hamstring strain at work, necessitating 12 weeks of no activity. My dear husband saw how motivated I became to rehab my hamstring and prevent further injury and how I knew little of how to accomplish my goals.
"As my husband, a retired recruiter, investigates everything very thoroughly, he got me to Fitness Formula Club. That was the easy part. I tried a personal trainer there and didn't click with them. Discouraged, I shared my frustrations with my husband, who did a little 'foot work' and gave me Chris Jaeger's name.
"I liked him instantly. He listened to my seemingly endless list of limitations and said we could work around whatever I had going on to get me in shape and loving lifting weights. We started twice a week, as my work schedule limited any more sessions. I had a full-body workout each session, which was perfect. When tendonitis appeared, exersizes were modified to rest those affected muscles. As I mastered certain exercises, more challenging ones were introduced, making sessions engaging and never boring.
"Within 3 months I noticed a difference, improvement in my strength. My endurance was improving, too. At some point I asked to have my body fat calculated and repeated 3 months later. It dropped 6% and I'm able to wear clothes I wore 5 years ago (plus my 15 year old jeans).
"I call what I'm doing, training for menopause. This is something I know I'm going to need to do the rest of my life. Having a trainer like Chris who can 'grow' with me will make this an easy task to accomplish. He's a great trainer, coach, cheerleader, motivator and friend."

"Throughout my sessions, Chris Jaeger proved to be a consumate professional giving a high-quality level of service. He was my trainer throughout the summer and the fall and I have not only improved my level of strength and fitness, but also gained confidence to battle an oncoming physical disability.
"Last winter I suffered from a serious injury which affected my ability to walk. I was told by my orthapedic surgeon that I may not become an able-bodied walker due to the onset of disabling arthritis. At the time I was walking with the support of a cane. I decided to hire a personal trainer to help me improve my level of fitness to battle this disability.
"I was blessed to be matched with Chris Jaeger as my trainer. Chris gave an accurate assessment of my currentl level of fitness and determined my fitness goals. Chris contacted my physical therapist to create a fitness program to help me gain strength, balance, and confidence to walk without my cane. After the first month of working with Chris, I was able to walk without my cane. After the third month of working with Chris, my orthapedic surgeon informed me that I had become so strong that I would not have an early onset of disabling arthritis but a later onset that would allow me to enjoy an able-bodied lifestyle for 30 more years. Chris was my inspiration and coach to overcome the physical and mental challenges that can act as barriers to independence and physical health. I know without a doubt (and my family and friends have commented) that I would not be in a positive physical state without the guidance of Chris.
"I am at a point where I have the physical and mental confidence to relocate and accept a consulting position on the west coast. I will always be grateful to Chris and FFC for allowing me to live a life without physical pain and limitation."

"I joined FFC on June 1st, not having exercised for about twenty years. My sedentary lifestyle, combined with a stressful job and bad eating habits, had me tipping the scale at 277 lbs. I usually felt lethargic, and by the end of a work week my knees, ankles, feet, and lower back all suffered a good deal of pain from carrying all that weight around. Then there was also my doctor who would give me what I like to call the 'lose weight or die speech' at every single checkup.
"So, for these reasons and others I decided to finally get off the couch and give fitness an earnest effort. Being a neophyte to the fitness game, and knowing I would need someone to push me, at least at first, I thought hiring a trainer would be my best option. In that regard I was fortunate to have received a very high recommendation, one that I would echo, from someone who had trained with Chris Jaeger.
"As a result I've been training with Chris twice per week since June 2nd, and exercising on my own three or four additional days per week. Most often four additional days per week, in which I use the cardio machines for an hour on three of them, and split the hour on Sundays between cardio and lifting. I take Saturdays off. I set a goal to lose about 100 lbs back in June and have managed to lose 60 lbs as of Sunday, December 13, 2009. I hope to drop the remaining 40 lbs before my one year FFC anniversary on June 1, 2010.
"Joining FFC and training with Chris is one of the best decisions I've ever made! I've made a transformation from someone who dreaded the thought of working out to someone who looks forward to his workouts! Exercising has giving me more energy, and dropping the weight has relieved the pain I use to get in my leg joints, feet, and lower back. The staff at FFC is always friendly and courteous, and the facilities are always clean and well maintained.
"In short, I love being a FFC member and plan to remain one for the foreseeable future!"
