Mission, Purpose and Values
My mission is to be encouraging and committed in my attitude and approach to each client’s individual needs. I will customize each session to the capabilities and progress of each of my clients and use my experience and knowledge to enrich each session they have with me.
My purpose is demonstrating to my clients that fitness and training can be fun, rewarding and invigorating, as it is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle.

About Chris Jaeger
Chris is a passionate and knowledgeable trainer who utilizes his experience in many different fields to keep clients challenged within their safe and continually evolving limits. He integrates functional and balance training to make exercises both fun and applicable to real life challenges. Chris draws from his enthusiasm and experience to enhance each encounter and believes that training and fitness can improve both your physical and mental well-being. Through conquering his own struggles with weight, Chris has learned the value of exercise, a balanced diet and a lifelong commitment to health and hopes to pass that along to each of his clients.
Chris currently lives in Forest Park, IL with his fiancé Kathleen. They will be married in their hometown, St. Louis, June 2010. He and Kathleen love walking their dog and enjoying the area, and take advantage of the Oak Park Farmer’s Market and local street festivals. - Missouri Athletic Club (2003-2006) - Personal Trainer, Fitness Manager
- Nutriformance LLC (2006-2007) - Personal Trainer
- PlyoCity STL (2005-2007) - General Manager
- Fitness Formula Club (2007-Present) - Level 2 Master Trainer
Athletic Achievements
- Full-scholarship member of the Missouri Baptist University Varsity Volleyball Team (2001-2004)
- Academic All-American nominee and team captain (2004)
- Completed 5 triathlons, finishing as high as 8th in my age group
- Competed in the MS 150 Bike Tour
- Participates in many philanthropic 5 and 10K races including Race for the Cure
- Starts on the A side for the Chicago Westside Condors Rugby Club
Coaching Career
- Team Momentum club volleyball (6 years) - Head coach, led team to 2 national tournaments (2003-2006)
- Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School volleyball team - Assistant Varsity coach, completed the team’s first winning season (2004-2005)
Educational Achievements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from Missouri Baptist University
- Minor in Kinesiology from Missouri Baptist University
- University Dean’s List: Missouri Baptist University (6 semesters)
Certifications and Awards
- International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Personal Trainer Certified
- American Red Cross Sports First Aid, CPR, and AED Certified
- Citizen Recognition from the Village of Oak Park, IL in acknowledgment of his Good Samaritan, life saving efforts at FFC in March 2008
